What you'll do

• Provide individual and group peer support and recovery coaching
• use lived experience to build trusting relationships and encourage engagement
• help participants identify strengths, set recovery goals, and develop self-advocacy
• document services and outcomes
• collaborate with treatment teams, correctional staff, probation and parole officers, and community agencies
• assist with discharge and reentry planning and referrals to behavioral health, substance use treatment, housing, employment, education, transportation, and other supports
• provide education on recovery, wellness, harm reduction, relapse prevention, and community resources
• maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and facility security requirements
• participate in meetings, case staffing, training, supervision, and quality improvement.
