Trim Technician I — Cannabis Cultivation

The Trim Technician I — Cannabis Cultivation role is onsite in Franklin, MA. Pay is $15 to $19.13 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports NETA’s Harvest Department and its cannabis cultivation operation. The technician processes harvested cannabis and helps maintain product quality, production goals, and a clean, compliant work environment. The role works collaboratively with a team of trim technicians and follows NETA procedures and Massachusetts cannabis regulations.

What you'll do

• Wet trim approximately 15–25 harvested cannabis plants daily
• assist with dry trimming, de-sticking, bucking, and post-harvest processing
• follow company procedures and Massachusetts cannabis regulations
• meet production goals
• inspect plant material for quality and consistency
• clean and sanitize tools and equipment
• and support additional Harvest Department needs as assigned.
