What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues
• configure computers and other equipment
• assist with accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• install and troubleshoot business applications
• support employee onboarding and offboarding
• document requests and resolutions
• escalate complex issues
• maintain equipment records and inventory
• follow IT security policies
• provide professional employee service.
