The Lead Groomer / Trimmer is an onsite, full-time position located in Malvern, PA. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour plus tips. This role supports the grooming team at Scenthound Frazer, PA. This role exists to provide expert grooming services, lead the grooming and bathing team, and train new staff. The Lead Groomer contributes to the team by ensuring high-quality grooming standards, fostering a positive learning environment, and maintaining safety for both dogs and team members.

What you'll do

• Groom to Scenthound standards while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the grooming and bathing teams. Create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork. Teach new groomers the Scenthound standards
• provide ongoing coaching and mentorship. Identify when/ where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule. Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times. Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager.
