Sales Support Assistant

What you'll do

• Write up nameplate and standard custom orders
• prepare option documents and proof requests
• import bulk client order lists
• monitor production calendars and rush orders
• flag delays and assist with invoice timing adjustments
• check vendor stock and pricing
• send shipping updates to clients
• log returns and claims
• and assist with lead research and account maintenance.
