What you'll do

• Lead operational and regulatory work for the Human Research Protection Program, including IRB reliance, local oversight, event reporting, and compliance monitoring. Coordinate with external entities and serve as a liaison between the health system and those entities. Partner with research administration, compliance, legal, privacy, and clinical leaders
• lead and mentor research compliance professionals
• support the Research Oversight Council
• develop scalable processes and metrics
• and advise investigators and leadership on human-subject protections.

Why this role

Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, five years of direct clinical research or research compliance experience, including at least two years in management or supervision, and experience with external IRBs. CIP or CHRC certification is required, or must be obtained within one year of hire.
