SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES. The Physician (MD or DO) position responsibilities include providing high quality medical care, patient education, high quality EHR documentation, strict adherence to HIPPA guidelines, enjoy working in team environment, and involvement in Quality Improvement activities. This is a full-time position and will report to the Chief Medical Officer. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES.
