What you'll do

• Respond to user inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, peripheral, software, and network issues
• install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications
• record support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• collaborate with IT colleagues and escalate complex issues
• guide and train users on system functions, security protocols, and best practices
• perform routine updates, backups, and virus scans.
