Loan Operations Specialist

The Loan Operations Specialist role is onsite in Moline, IL, with compensation of $17–$23.78 per hour. The position supports consumer loan operations at Vibrant Credit Union and provides service to members maintaining their loans. The role helps ensure loan transactions, account updates, claims, refunds, and documentation are processed accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements. It also supports timely responses to member requests and operational reporting.

What you'll do

• Process total loss claims, eligible Skip a Pay requests, and EFT payments
• verify information with insurance providers and provide documentation
• complete CPI claims, refunds, and exceptions
• process payment reversals, receivable corrections, loan payoffs, cancellations, refunds, and repossession recovery payments
• complete Adverse Actions and SCRA requests
• respond to credit disputes
• generate reports
• maintain loan files and rates
• resolve assigned tickets within service-level agreements.
