What you'll do

• Manage Florida workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution
• develop case strategy
• counsel clients on rights, options, risks, and expectations
• conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings
• prepare petitions, motions, discovery, correspondence, and case documents
• negotiate with opposing counsel and carriers
• maintain client communication, case records, deadlines, and reporting
• collaborate with legal support teams.
