What you'll do

• Follow each resident’s service plan
• pass medications according to physician orders and Medication Administration Records
• document completed tasks and observed changes in condition
• communicate resident needs with other Medication Aides
• participate in meal service
• manage staff under supervision during working hours
• maintain required certifications and training
• follow the Continuous Quality Improvement program and report service-quality issues
• comply with applicable rules, HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines
• support workplace safety.
