What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• promote State Farm insurance products and services
• gather information to qualify leads
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule appointments
• answer basic questions about insurance options
• maintain prospect and interaction records
• follow State Farm communication and compliance guidelines
• report call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
