What you'll do

• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports in Concur
• learn accounts payable workflows by shadowing the supervisor and clerk
• review and verify invoices and check requests for coding and supporting documentation
• process invoices in SAP Validation Workplace and archive required documents
• review purchase orders and address discrepancies
• post electronic tax, union, and vendor payments
• verify vendor ACH information and respond to inquiries
• perform SOX controls and maintain compliance records
• support audits
• reconcile vendor statements and transactions
• assist with annual 1099 forms.
