Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager role is onsite at the Sportworks headquarters in Monroe, WA. Compensation is $150,000–$180,000 per year. Sportworks develops bike transit solutions intended to make active and multimodal transportation safer, easier, and more accessible. The manager owns the roadmap for the bike storage and transport portfolio as it evolves toward integrated electrical and connected systems. The role uses customer and market insights to guide product strategy, lifecycle management, launches, partnerships, and portfolio growth while supporting product quality and successful customer deployments.

What you'll do

• Gather customer and market insights and incorporate them into product roadmaps and commercial strategy
• own product lifecycle strategy, positioning, profitability, revenue growth, and portfolio optimization
• support sales, service, and customers as a technical resource
• plan and execute product demonstrations and trade shows
• maintain product management standard work
• participate in industry standards development
• drive strategic supply chain and industry partnerships.
