What you'll do

• Lead infrastructure planning and improvement
• evaluate and implement technology
• maintain standardized configurations
• support HIPAA and healthcare security compliance
• strengthen cybersecurity
• oversee network, cloud, identity, communications, remote access, and facility systems
• maintain backup, recovery, and continuity plans
• lead and mentor infrastructure staff
• manage vendors and project work
• participate in the IT on-call rotation, approximately one week every two months.
