What you'll do

• Maintain resident and office files
• assist with unit showings, applicant screening, and income certifications
• support rent collection and notices
• coordinate with the manager on legal proceedings
• maintain rental market records and inspection files
• assist with work orders, purchase orders, supplies, inventories, reports, and advertising
• greet and communicate with residents and visitors
• complete tenant certifications.
