What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of decision scientists
• lead high-stakes analyses and set methodological standards
• own the decision science agenda for the Marketplace area
• define metrics and diagnostic frameworks for supply-demand balance and marketplace liquidity
• set standards for evaluating ranking changes through A/B tests
• model initiative ROI and longer-term impact
• partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and go-to-market stakeholders
• communicate findings to executives
• prioritize projects and team capacity.
