The Class A Truck Driver – Paid Training Program is an onsite driving role based in Durham, NC, with average weekly gross earnings of $1,300–$1,500. Blue Ridge Haulers’ Eastern regional division offers consistent weekly miles and scheduled home time every two weeks. Drivers transport freight on regional lanes primarily east of the I-35 corridor, using assigned late-model tractors. Eligible recent CDL-A graduates can complete a paid, one-on-one mentorship program before solo dispatch; the role also includes loading arrangements such as drop-and-hook and live load or unload.

What you'll do

• Operate assigned tractors on dedicated regional lanes
• transport freight using live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook arrangements
• complete the paid mentorship program when eligible
• follow dispatch schedules and planned home-time rotation.
