What you'll do

• Schedule RV delivery appointments
• coordinate unit readiness with designated staff
• serve as a point of contact for customers and staff
• keep customers informed about unit status
• demonstrate vehicle features and proper use, including helping customers connect Bluetooth
• maintain knowledge of RV parts and accessories
• greet, educate, and sell RV products to customers
• may cross-train for Service Writer or Cashier duties.
