What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications according to facility protocols and physician orders
• observe and document changes in resident condition, vital signs, and medication reactions
• maintain an organized medication storage area
• follow infection control and safety procedures
• assist residents respectfully
• collaborate with healthcare professionals on care coordination
• complete required records and reports.
