What you'll do

• Ensure plumbing construction follows contract documents, building codes, and project requirements
• coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field labor
• manage plumbing inspections, labor and equipment forecasts, project progress reporting, and tool tracking
• read blueprints and installation manuals
• resolve jobsite issues
• oversee safety practices, hazard analyses, personnel sign-ins, and time-cost allocation
• interview and select field staff and conduct performance reviews.
