What you'll do

• Lead construction administration during project construction
• support delivery from groundbreaking through closeout
• review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• interpret drawings and specifications
• coordinate design revisions and field conditions
• support building-code and healthcare-regulation compliance
• conduct site visits and construction observations
• identify and resolve issues with contractors and consultants
• monitor progress, schedule, and budget
• participate in meetings
• maintain field reports and issue logs
• support punch lists, final documentation, and warranty follow-up.
