Retail Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and connect them with sales team members
• assist customers during shopping
• support commissioned salespeople with service and administrative tasks
• answer and direct phone inquiries
• enter sales, customer information, and product orders
• assist with financing applications and paperwork
• follow up on purchases and orders
• maintain the showroom
• assist with pricing, tagging, merchandising, and inventory tasks
• learn and use point-of-sale and other technology systems.
