What you'll do

• Develop new CNC programs and troubleshoot or edit existing programs using CAD/CAM software
• design processes for medium- to highly complex components on two or more types of CNC equipment
• set up and prove out programs, diagnose process or quality issues, and operate machines as needed. Estimate cycle times and tooling costs, guide less experienced staff, identify tooling and workholding needs, create setup documentation, and contribute to design-for-manufacturability and continuous-improvement work.
