What you'll do

• Prepare and process end-to-end multi-state payroll using Workday Payroll
• process employee equity transactions and related tax withholding
• prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and general-ledger postings
• collaborate with Accounting on expenses, accruals, and liabilities
• calculate, withhold, remit, and report payroll taxes
• manage W-2 and W-2c filings and year-end reconciliations
• maintain payroll SOX controls
• partner with HRIS and IT on Workday updates, testing, and enhancements.
