What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• maintain an orderly dish room
• clean kitchen machines and work areas
• prepare back-of-house areas for the next shift
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
• sweep and mop floors
• remove trash and recycle
• report accidents, equipment issues, and food safety concerns
• complete end-of-night dish machine closing duties.
