Franchise Marketing Manager

The manager helps franchisees plan and execute local marketing while maintaining alignment with brand standards and business goals. The role tracks campaign performance, coaches franchise partners, and coordinates with national marketing teams to support client acquisition and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Partner with franchisees on business goals and local market opportunities
• develop localized marketing plans
• coach franchisees on execution and priorities
• support digital marketing, partnerships, events, and community activations
• guide budgets and channel strategy
• support grand openings
• monitor campaign, lead, and engagement metrics
• recommend improvements
• lead training and workshops
• create tools and templates
• coordinate with brand and national marketing teams.
