The accountant maintains financial records and reporting, processes payroll, and supports accounting operations, audits, and management analysis. This work helps the organization monitor financial performance, meet tax and reporting obligations, and maintain reliable accounting processes.

What you'll do

• Maintain records for capital expenditures, depreciation, investments, operating results, and financial statements
• prepare monthly sales tax and annual property tax reports
• process payroll
• support budgeting, auditing, taxes, cost control, and project control
• reconcile balance sheet accounts
• complete month-end close
• prepare trial balance reports
• maintain inventory item costing and availability
• analyze regional operations and actual-versus-planned results
• support regional audits
• prepare daily cash reports
• consult with management on financial policies and procedures
• complete special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Why this role
