Client Service Representative

What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately
• answer basic account questions
• refer clients to appropriate team members
• follow cash-handling, balancing, security, fraud-prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures
• complete training
• maintain a clean and organized branch.
