What you'll do

• Maintain and support computers, networks, phones, printers, and communication systems
• coordinate installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting with vendors
• manage employee technology onboarding and offboarding
• administer Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and licensing
• lead SharePoint administration and governance
• develop user training
• support business systems, integrations, data transfers, and implementations
• maintain SQL-based reports
• manage budgets, vendors, licenses, and hardware lifecycle planning
• document systems and roadmaps
• administer approved AI and automation tools
• coordinate cybersecurity training and compliance tracking
• escalate technology risks and incidents.
