What you'll do

• Oversee a single program location
• train, supervise, and support Direct Support Professional staff
• coordinate, lead, and evaluate services for individuals supported by the program
• oversee compliance with 245D licensing requirements
• provide direct care depending on site needs
• support additional locations during transitions, vacations, or leaves as needed.
