What you'll do

• Maintain control and equipment submittals and project documentation
• manage project billings with operations and accounting
• coordinate with engineering on control submittals, programs, and graphics
• coordinate installation, checkout, startup, and commissioning
• monitor scope, schedule, costs, and project financial performance
• order equipment
• prepare and maintain project schedules
• communicate project status, risks, and milestones to customers and sales engineers
• ensure HVAC equipment meets applicable codes and regulations
• schedule personnel, equipment, subcontracting, and materials.
