What you'll do
- Coordinate service department communications among technicians, the Service Manager, Sales, and customers
- mobilize field technicians and arrange site-specific travel and lodging
- prepare quotes, process orders, and support invoicing
- schedule and dispatch technicians
- provide job specifications and field-service support
- coordinate with Service Managers
- support customer billing and expense accounting
- contact customers about repeat service work.
