What you'll do

• Maintain and audit purchasing records, purchase orders, supplier information, and procurement master data in SAP
• support accurate MRP data and purchase order execution
• monitor supplier performance and manage supplier communications and escalations
• manage supplier returns
• conduct open-order reviews
• analyze procurement data and prepare reports
• resolve invoice issues with Accounts Payable
• support supplier onboarding and changes
• lead competitive bidding and RFx processes
• support low-value contract negotiations
• collaborate with internal stakeholders and mentor junior team members as needed.

Why this role
