What you'll do

• Lead and supervise field crews
• assign tasks and work alongside crew members
• train employees on procedures, techniques, equipment, and service standards
• conduct safety meetings and job hazard assessments
• enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• inspect equipment
• read work orders, site plans, and specifications
• monitor workmanship and correct deficiencies
• complete job reports and equipment logs
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and deliveries
• communicate project updates and issues to customers.
