What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at commercial office and retail properties
• troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, mechanical, door, lock, and building system issues
• complete tenant requests
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• perform minor carpentry, drywall, painting, ceiling tile, and hardware repairs
• determine when outside contractors are needed
• assist with vacant suite preparation, tenant moves, and improvement projects
• maintain tools and supplies
• document work and communicate outstanding items
• travel between assigned properties
• provide emergency response outside normal business hours when necessary
• on-call or after-hours availability may be required on an emergency basis.
