The Senior Flight Test Operator, Uncrewed Systems role is onsite in Lawrence, KS. Compensation is listed at $29–$44 per hour. The operator helps plan, coordinate, execute, and report flight test activities, serving as Pilot in Command during operations and supporting safe, effective testing. What you'll do

• Prepare mission test cards and assist with flight mission planning
• act as safety pilot of a semi-autonomous remote-piloted helicopter using a Ground Control Station, tablet, and RC transmitter
• direct crew members to maintain safe positions and actions
• perform Pilot in Command duties during flight tests
• communicate with internal and external teams, senior leadership, and customers
• maintain required training and certifications
• provide coworker training and development support as needed.
