What you'll do

• Design and optimize ligand-binding or Mass Spec-based pharmacokinetic and anti-drug antibody assays
• develop flow cytometry assays for target engagement, receptor occupancy, and pharmacodynamic readouts
• qualify assays and characterize critical reagents
• analyze study samples and present results
• prepare assay transfer packages and support CRO troubleshooting
• maintain electronic laboratory notebook records and write methods, SOPs, and technical reports
• evaluate new assay technologies.
