What you'll do

• Lead and develop the estimating department
• establish estimating standards, processes, timelines, bid tab formats, and tools
• review proposals for accuracy and commercial soundness
• lead proposal strategy and development for module manufacturing pursuits
• oversee pricing, risk contingency, and margin positioning
• coordinate proposal input across functions
• manage client relationships and contract review
• work with in-house legal on negotiations
• track commercial obligations and support change orders and claims.
