What you'll do

• Submit ancillary product sales and claims to vendors
• process product cancellations and document refunds and credits
• communicate with providers to resolve submission or claim issues
• complete, file, and maintain compliant product documentation
• generate reports on submissions, claims, and cancellations
• identify process improvements
• support sales and finance teams with customer cancellations and refunds.
