The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Houston, TX, with work in home, school, or community settings. Pay is $17 to $24 per hour based on experience. Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

What you'll do

• Run ABA therapy sessions
• target communication, social, and daily living skills
• maintain session data and documentation
• follow behavior intervention plans and respond to challenging behaviors
• and work closely with BCBAs and families. An active RBT certification in good standing, at least six months of ABA experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation are required.
