What you'll do

• Make daily rounds at assigned hospitals
• obtain referrals
• assess patient care needs and make admission decisions
• forward documentation to the appropriate building
• communicate patient information and discharge plans
• develop referral relationships
• meet with prospective customers before admission
• coordinate with departments
• participate in marketing events. Post-admission visits may occur to support continuity of care.
