Procurement Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage purchasing activities, obtain and evaluate quotes, issue purchase orders, monitor order status, and review requisitions for completeness, approvals, and policy compliance
• negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• follow up and expedite orders
• maintain purchasing and vendor records in the ERP system
• develop supplier relationships and monitor performance
• coordinate requirements with Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Warehouse, and Fleet
• analyze spend and supplier performance
• support reporting, audits, and procurement controls.
