Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Dracut, MA, and pays $18 per hour. The position supports Lazy River Products’ retail customer service and its mission to provide trusted, small-batch cannabis products and compliant service to customers and local communities. The representative guides customers through the retail experience, provides product information, and completes accurate, compliant sales transactions. The role also supports checkout and floor sales, maintains product and regulatory knowledge, and helps keep the store organized and safe.

What you'll do

• Provide courteous customer service
• verify customer photo identification
• process cash, gift card, and debit payments
• ensure transactions and quantities are accurate and compliant
• educate customers about products
• maintain product knowledge and follow applicable laws and procedures
• keep workstations and the store clean and organized
• assist with opening, shift swaps, and closing
• and report customer complaints to retail leadership. Floor sales duties include greeting customers, helping with orders, and supporting transactions when needed.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of retail, customer service, or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and age 21 or older. Cannabis industry experience, Dutchie or other seed-to-sale POS experience, and multilingual abilities are preferred or a plus.
