Senior Healthcare Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead multiple healthcare projects through preconstruction and construction phases
• coordinate with leadership, owners, and architects
• plan and direct project activities to meet schedule and budget
• prepare and review proposals, estimates, drawings, and specifications
• coordinate permits as needed
• manage scope changes and pricing
• facilitate execution with project teams and subcontractors
• report progress and attend project meetings
• review invoices and pay applications and issue purchase orders and change orders
• support estimating, forecasting, safety, quality, marketing, and business development.
