Purchasing Representative

The Purchasing Representative role is onsite in Audubon, PA, with a Tuesday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $65,000–$80,000 per year. The role supports procurement for a medical manufacturer by helping ensure materials are available for production schedules and business objectives. The position sources and coordinates materials, supplies, and services, maintaining supplier relationships and purchasing records while working with production and operations teams to support timely, cost-conscious operations.

What you'll do

• Create and process purchase orders
• communicate with suppliers about pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
• monitor inventory and coordinate material availability with production and operations
• track and expedite orders
• review invoices and resolve discrepancies
• maintain purchasing and vendor records in the ERP system
• identify cost savings and process improvements
• evaluate supplier performance
• assist with vendor negotiations.
