What you'll do

• Process accounts payable invoices, confirm approvals, code expenses, and maintain supporting documentation
• assist with vendor setup and inquiries
• support recurring payment processes
• assist with accounts receivable invoicing, payment application, customer records, and discrepancy research
• gather payroll information and maintain payroll records
• support bookkeeping, bank activity review, reporting, and month-end and year-end activities
• maintain confidential financial information.
