What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair integrated avionics systems
- replace components and configure software
- assess electronic-device compatibility
- service components and update aircraft software and databases
- troubleshoot customer issues remotely
- monitor supplies
- assist customers with equipment selection
- respond to scheduled rotational weekend pages within 20 minutes
- travel to customer aircraft for AOG repairs.
