What you'll do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
• guide client diligence and management meetings
• analyze EBITDA adjustments, financial metrics, balance sheets, working capital, and debt
• prepare Quality of Earnings reports
• advise on purchase agreements and transaction accounting
• manage engagement workloads and deliverables
• coach associates and offshore teams
• travel occasionally.
