Business Development Associate – Tamil or Telugu

The Business Development Associate role is onsite in Plano, TX, five days a week. Pay is $23.50 per hour during the probationary period, increasing to $26.00 per hour after successful completion. Universal Processing is a fintech company that supports small and medium-sized businesses with payment processing and related services. The associate develops new business through lead generation, outreach, and follow-up with business owners. The role serves as an initial client contact and introduces company solutions, helping build a sales pipeline and meet sales targets. Tamil or Telugu proficiency, including reading and writing, is required.

What you'll do

• Gather leads, make cold calls, and schedule appointments
• introduce products and services to small and medium-sized business owners

• gather processing statements for pricing analysis
